Returns & Exchange

– Please check the item and try it once when you receive it while the courier is waiting.

– If you don’t want the item, it can be returned to the courier and only shipping fees will be charged.

– ⁠In the case of receiving any wrong or damaged items, items can be returned immediately to the courier and shipping fees will be paid by our side.

– ⁠items are non-refundable once received and paid.

– ⁠items can be exchanged within 7 days.

-According to the shipping company's policy, partial receipt is not allowed. Either receive the full order or return it to the shipping company in full.

- Sale items are not eligible for exchange .

يتم دفع الشحن فقط وارجاع المنتج مع المندوب في حالة انها غير مناسبه

في حالة وصول منتج معيوب او خاطئ يتم رجوعه مع المندوب في نفس الوRت وبدون دفع رسوم شحن

يمكنك طلب استبدال المنتج خلال 7 ايام بعد الاستلام

البضاعة المباعة وقت التخفيضات غير قابلة للاستبدال

حسب سياسة شركة الشحن غير مسموح بالاستلام الجزئي ، اما استلام الاوردر كامل او ارجاعه مع شركة الشحن كامل
